Mobile SIM Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply specifically to Inspire Telecom’s Mobile SIM service. They do not replace Inspire Telecom’s standard terms and conditions, which you can find here.

General Information

  • The Inspire Telecom Mobile SIM service is a standalone product and is not associated with any existing broadband, phone, or TV services provided by Inspire Telecom.
  • The contract is for a fixed term of 24 months at the loyalty price.
  • Customers are eligible for the loyalty price because they have existing Inspire Telecom services. If any existing services (e.g., broadband, phone, or TV) are changed, ceased, or moved to another provider, the Mobile SIM price will automatically revert to the standard Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

Pricing and Payments

  • Monthly payments for the Mobile SIM service will be collected via direct debit.
  • The Mobile SIM charges will be added to your Inspire Telecom bill and collected as part of your usual billing cycle.
  • Pro-rata charges may apply in the first month of your contract, depending on your billing cycle. These charges will be included in your first bill.
  • If a payment is missed or declined, Inspire Telecom reserves the right to suspend your Mobile SIM service until payment is received.

Contract Term

  • The contract length for the Mobile SIM service is fixed at 24 months.
  • Early termination fees will apply if you choose to cancel your Mobile SIM service before the end of the contract term. These fees will be calculated in accordance with Inspire Telecom’s standard terms and conditions.
  • The Mobile SIM service cannot be downgraded during the contract term.

Service Details

  • The Mobile SIM service includes the agreed allowances for calls, texts, and data as specified in your chosen plan at the time of purchase.
  • Usage beyond the included allowances will be charged at the rates specified in your service agreement.
  • The Mobile SIM service is subject to network availability and coverage. Inspire Telecom is not liable for issues arising from third-party network providers.

Cooling-Off Period

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the start of the contract to cancel their Mobile SIM service without incurring early termination fees.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding your Mobile SIM service should be reported to Inspire Telecom’s customer service team. If the issue cannot be resolved, please refer to our complaint handling and dispute resolution process at: https://www.inspiretelecom.co.uk/complaint-handling-dispute-resolution.

Agreement

By proceeding with the Mobile SIM service, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the standard terms and conditions of service provided by Inspire Telecom.
